Yes, WS Reborn is better than LPReborn in absolutely everything. For example, WSReborn has a better orbwalking setup, has more effective combos (depending on the setup you use), supports more champions, and is up to date. LPReborn is outdated in AutoSmite, for example. There's a lot better, but...

With LPReborn we had a tierlist of the best champions for each lane, but in WSReborn we have several configurations, but we don't have a tierlist. Has anyone done it?

I had the same problem. To fix it is simple: Go to PredictionCore and set all skills to "High". It's probably altered and that's preventing the champion from releasing his abilities (Q, W, E, R)
