You probably gonna need to select only few dangerous spells to evade, for example you don't have to dodge spells that don't CC you, it's just a waste of time. Instead, you can use the CAPS to make it hotkey for the "Dodge only hard CC spells" in the evade section.

It depends on which role you play and also what champions you usually play, to be honest platinum is cursed elo, you need to focus on yourself and have perfect CSing everygame. Also ignore bad fights and don't help your team emotionaly if the fight isn't good. Good luck!
