IT depends really, vayne has a really good late game scaling cause of her true damage. Kaisa on the other hand has a better more easy laning phase with a decent late game but not better than vayne

Kalista, Jinx, Twitch, Kog'Maw, Xerath, Orianna, Syndra and I'd say Yasuo is pretty decent but not sbtw.

Isn't something like Kog'Maw / Twitch even more busted than Yasuo in general with scripts?
