i found the problem. its was a settings that makes EZ burn mana when it is fully. just unmarked now its ok

desagreed. when i play with ashe i get + kills with W than kiting with Q... The kitting starts to be powerfull in late game only

There's no way to print, cuz simply after about 10 minutes of match, when he returns to base he simply starts releasing Q whenever he is not cooldown until he reaches the lane. It only stops when I hold the C or X or V (action keys). I dont know but i think it happens after i buy manamune
