Reports will never give you ban, you'll get ban only if the system detects the hack, as of now aimbot is detected so don't use aimbot....

Aimbot is detected, you're getting ban because of the aimbot, if you are using esp only you will not get ban no matter how many reports you get. PUBG will not ban you for reports you will get ban only if the system detects the hack.

Aimbot is detected use only esp. 1630918721 If you use only esp no matter how many reports you get, you will not get ban. You will get ban only if gameloop detects the hack , currently aimbot is detected so use only esp.
