It works now like charm with me , for guys who face blue screen problem make sure to uninstall vanguard not only disable it and turn off exploit protection , windows defender and firewall etc.

you have to options 1- trying change your ip by using vpn or restart your router till u catch new ip she is 2 - just install fresh windows cause they some times monitor your registry no more
