I would recommend Bayonetta 1 and 2 for high paced action games. Or even Vanquish on PC. That game takes 3rd person shooter to a completely different level. Don't play it like Gears of War. Taking cover is for pussies. Just dash right around or into enemies and make use of slow-mo time.

It depends. If only for desktop use, you must read the output specifications. For example. some might say max output 4k resolution at 30Hz on USB-C or Thunderbolt 3. or 1080p resolution at 60Hz at HDMI. You must read the specifications.
