Try checking what windows versions are supported. Newer versions might not work as they have added platform security features and such in them, which can interfere with some cheats operation. Either way, post the error or a description as nobody can really help without any more information on this

Well the way the bans work kind of implies not, as a perm ban for valorant looks like this: PERMANENT_BAN: AC_SCRIPTING_PERMANENT (ares) Ares is the project name for valorant and the ban does seem to specify that it's only for Ares I'd say it's quite unlikely that they'd ban across both games...

Normally its only the account you cheated on and your HWID, but in some cases with a manual ban you can have other accounts hit too
