The devs worked hard to make sure there wasn't much of a need to run this game on lower res or low settings, so I run it on max settings and native res for my monitor which is 1440, I have tried other settings and resolutions and not really noticed anything that didn't seem like a placebo

The newest version of windows 10 that is compatible with your software, windows 11 is crap. You could also try a custom windows image or something like Revision using the Ame tool playbook
