I do only night times and sleep all day From 10 pm to 4 am or sometimes even 7-8 am and so on depends on the energy and mood...

I would say use tweaked windows versions like Atlas OS , Revi OS , Fox OS , XOs or something similiar and have your drivers updated always to avoid any performance issues.

Practice makes a gamer perfect practice have good teammates or friends to play with and play like your life depends on it use aimlab or similiar stuff to practice and get a good aim. The skill will not come out in a day week or month it will take a lot of time.

Well I can suggest only a few things like learn the meanings of every sentence and word first try talking in English even if it seems bad at first and if none of that works watch a lot of Hollywood movies that's how a lot of people learnt English.

Yep the cpu can easily handle the gpu very well and in terms of gaming you will get moderate performance and try go for dual slot ram as well to get all the juice out of your build like 2x4 gb ram or 2x8 good luck

Everything depends on your build like your processor and ram if you want the best performance and no bottleneck then first you need to compare your build and see if the gpu is enough and will have less bottleneck. For overall medium end processors and 16 gb ram I would recommend RTX 2060 overall...

I would recommend you to upgrade the processor first then go for rtx 2060 to have less bottleneck also go for more ram and use 2x or 4x ram kits
