Yeah, I think so, so far, I've been seeing people with at least 50 messages have this blue approved member thing on them so... Plus, you can see the creation date of their accounts.

Alright, so, I think you need to have at least 50 messages/comments/posts so you can be an approved member and being an approved member means you can access the League of Legends hacks or something. Also, you need to be a member for at least 2 days as well.

Glad to know I'm not alone, but anyway, if you're still there, reply so I can tell you everything that you must do. Actually, don't trust me, I legit don't know what I'm doing as well but I think I kinda get the gist of it.

Probably because it has a lot of things going on and it processes a lot? I don't really know, if you're having FPS problems, maybe you can lower your graphic settings and if that doesn't work, you can just look up online for guides and whatnot.
