Did you disabled HyperV and Securer boot. Look at how to use part.

Make sure the target process is running as administrator. Alternatively disable UAC: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System -> EnableLUA -> set to 0 -> reboot
