it depends on ur Elo, if u play in Low elo play that champ that u like the most. In High-Elo u need sometimes to rotate ur champs for maybe meta champs etc

Tristana is hard to beat whne the guys is scripting and know how to move in fights

CC is always a problem in Urf most of the times u need to play vs Veigar,Zed and its gonna get bored when u cant catch them with out flash-

Can u get banned fast for it? AHK was detected in OW1 so im kinda scared

when a friend streamed it for me on Discord it worked okay. But u can change some things for the smite there should also me an option for to smite an enemy.

Just test some settings. But probaly the standard settings will be "good".
