It'd be way more convenient to use an application for mobile inorder to stay active when we're unable to use a PC for various reasons, also for more mobility.

Try to be more specific, but whatever you're talking about every cheat here is virus-free if you mean as in banning, if you cheat there's always a risk to get banned, mostly if you abuse the cheats.

You need confirmed member and legit messages, if its just spam they get deleted and your rank decreases.

LoL PC is way better cause obviously its more comfortable to play.
