My friend had this issue because his anti virus was one (malwarebytes) make sure it's off and check if you have the latest version , otherwise wait for an update

Use DDU to delete old drivers (look for a tutorial) and install either the one you were using before these issues , or the latest one. A fresh install would be good. Your GPU can be the issue but I doubt it since pubg lite is basically the mobile version of the game and it ran on my old laptop
