thats the worst idea because xerath has high ban rate for scripting like kogma.

every time a crash happens try restarting pc then if still you have it , check for drivers update.

lost of champs are good but do not use scripts on Xerath Kogma they are obvious scripts and you gonna get reported a lot .

just reinstall it maybe its bugged and its not updating atomically.
