I feel like Olaf is an underrated toplaner with scripts, his axes hit 99% of the time for a stupid amount, later on they can be insta-casted when picked up if you've got enough CDR. Almost no one beats him 1v1 early game and late game you can still stomp people with him. Try him out some time...
