There are programs such as dotpeak, ILSpy, .net decompiler to help you with that.

Turn off your anti-virus because anti-viruses usually terminate programs if they get injected

It could be your anti-virus because mine works just fine. Maybe re-download the MH loader or run it as administrator.

I'm pretty sure there is an option for that if not then its probably a legit cheat. only esp and chams I believe, but I wouldn't really know cause I haven't used it myself.
