I would have both. Android is better for fun, while iOS is better for working and daily things. The only downside is that iOS is really expensive, since the iPhones are overpriced, and android is really hard to pick one, and they usually don't last too long.
I really recommend Frieren. Is not a fanboy anime, so it's good for someone that is starting. The animation is really beautiful, the sound art is glorious and the plot will make you think a lot irl. Just give it some time, as it tends to be a little slow on the first two episodes and people drop it.

League is easier and more active (like dashing, fast combos). But overall, Dota still a better MOBA game. I wish that Dota community were bigger and more active like league's.
New items are good, since adds new things to the game, and therefore boosts our desire to play. But overall, I dislike it, since is more centered on mage champs, so league is getting easier and easier, and midlane is a mage lane now. Mages were always strong, but people seems to think the opposite.
Try to buy an account online. New smurfs are cheap, so if they get banned won't be a problem, and you won't have to manually up them. But be careful, riot is wave banning smurf accounts.
Activating sup mode in the shift menu probably will solve your problem. Just be careful, as you need to disable when playing another lane. And also don't forget to disable/enable stick to target (j key) if you are on ranged or melee champions respectively.
