You don't need anything specific to cheat or even to create cheats it's not that resource-expensive cpu wise

Spoofers just change stuff in regex, it shouldn't do any harm to your computer, although it might mess with some softwares you have that are using your HWID to acknowledge you as yourself

Windows Defender is causing a bit of trouble with the loader I had to disable it

Try to use a VPN or a 4G modem, your IP is causing issues w the game

Try to grab the memory adresses/offsets online, shouldn't be too hard but they'll change each time the game gets updated so you should actually learn to grab them yourself as well (Cheat Engine Memory Search)
