Help! My pc is flagged apparently. I re installed windows, still my guest account is banned. what do i do!

What kind of re install exactly, i used to play on guest account in win 11, i downgraded to win 10, and the same guest account was still there.

Guys i have a question. I also got that 1 day ban [it was in guest account]. I deleted the temp files and uninstalled gameloop and reinstalled. The ban is still there. How is gameloop keeping record of that? And how do i remove it? Can anyone help?
