Take the usb out blow on on it and put it back in. See if the mouse works on other computers. And if it doesnt then the mouse is most likely broken.

It just matters what games your trying to play and what your budget is. If you can afford a graphics card gtx 750 Ti or higher they are very good.

Have you tried going to an android store and seeing if they can help? I had a similar problem with my s6 edge took and they helped me fix it.

You can play some games at minimum settings and get good fps. It just matters what quality you want to play in.
