You need to bypass the League anti-vm. There are a ton of videos on youtube related to this.

Even though sometimes it works even disabled. Try to white flag, than unzip the script .exe again.

It will not change anything if you use it on a VM or not. People often use the VM to download something just to check if thhe download is safe or not.

As just in the present or some configurations that may be good for improvements in the long term? Because to play on full hd is one thing, to play on full hd with 144 fps is another, and to have a setup that may you have good perfomance, but allowing you to upgrade it later is diff as well.

Reinstalling both, the script and the game should do the work.
