First one was external. As far as I know, a small flickering is okay and normal. On the last one you forget to turn on the esp master switch which is everything on and of. Also you need to equip your skins after using inventory changer, like a normal skin.

The thing is actually somewhat possible if you set a bind for one of the options to attack and then just pressing that key while moving although your not gonna have computer like timing but it somewhat works.
