Mostly Emulator problem. You can try opening the emulator directly. To open it go to gameloop install location txgameassistant/ui and open Android Emulator. Then try to log in to your pubg mobile account.and you should be able to play. I have faced the same problem and the trick worked for me.

My account just got frozen for sometime. While i was using PUBG Mobile 0.18 cheat version without aim bot and being very careful with ESP. Is this an Gameloop problem or cheat issue?
