Did you ever tried reformat your computer? Install new OS (Operating System) Windows 10.iso google it. Did you ever tried to unplug your mouse maybe its your mouse (some knockoff mouse are ban in pubg).

Program like those dont boost FPS that much. What you need is Custom Windows ISO. (All Bloatware,Defender,Windows Update) Removed permanently. You could search Windows 10 Gaming Iso. After that Download games and profit. Even buy a used cheap GPU would also work and install its driver.

It Is Safe to use it. But reports will get you ban. It would be easy to spot a scripter easily with Evade.

If you only use Tracker (like CD,Timer,Last Enemy Position,Ward) Disable Evade Disable Orbwalker. I am positive you wont get banned at all. Because with those 2 disabled, It does not look like your scripting at all.
