For me, if you're a beginner its best to play mechanical champions ASAP. Yes, it is very hard , but once you master it, other champions will be easy for you to handle.

For me, its Viego, Aatrox, and Jhin. Because they are hard carry on late games?.

Yes. Every Adc champion is good for scripting.

Draven is difficult to play, but once you master it, it'll be kinda easy. If the person knows how to play draven, then its a carry, even if its low elo or high elo.

Speaking from experience. For me it's Azir, because his combos are hard to learn and not to mention, he is ap, its hard to scale on ap champions.

Riven is more flexible and has more damage in the early game. And draven isn't really appropriate for top lane so I guess Riven is the better choice.

League of legends. Because I wanna rank up so bad T-T

Go for jungle champions. Jungle champions are the best especially with scripts and late game
