I think the reason was the Emergency Fix for Samira. They probably moved up stuff inside and things got bugged. They will fix it though.

It happens once in a while, just make sure to check out Riot updates, it is usually around those times.

Just keep it naturally and it will be fine. No evade and use the combos properly. Also just use the extra information it gives you, that is usually enough to win (do they hay ult, etc.)

I had a similar issue, my laptop didn't have the F keys as default, so when I pressed F7 it was Volume down button, unless I pressed FN + F7. So, I had to change it from the bios setup of my laptop. Try it out.
