bro, u need to clean the fan, make sure u have good air flow inside your cpu casing and reapply good thermal paste. u can use thermal grizzly kryonaut brand, this is one of the best thermal paste in the market.

bro go for thermal grizzly ... it has good thermal conductivity...

If u have big budget u can go for high end rtx series gpu... but if u have less budget go for mid end specs...
