Really it's depends on your PC specs but in short if you have hdd go w7 if you have sad go with 10 If you want to have W10 on hdd go with a moded windows 10 iso like super lite ghost spectre W10

Well it's not a good idea to upgrade to w11 yet since it's not stable for now but if you really want to there's 2 ways 1- you can download a bypass TPM but you wouldn't be able to update it after 2- you will need a W10 iso & W11 iso you will have to burn W10 iso on USB then go to W11 iso open it...

Well if it's not listed then it doesn't support it well you can upgrade to w11 with clean installation or if you really want to have TPM 2.0 then you can buy TPM chip compatible with your motherboard from ebay or AliExpress

For me personal I love Ghost spectre for weak PC especially those that can't run windows 10 and for modern PC I love kernal iOS it's (1809) and ggos Xtreme gamer's v2 (21H1/21H2) give them a shot they're great
