go for 32 bit if you have a low end pc.

There was issues even before I started using cheats. I have no problem in finding matches in unranked mode (gameloop 32 bit). When when I choose ranked mode, it's like, i have TO wait, cancel IT, match again AND do the same multiple times to get a match (if im lucky).

I played the mobile version first. And I got familiarized to it. Then I played the PC one. One thing that took me back was the slow gameplay. PC is more real but hard. I quit playing it. If I played the PC one first. I may have an opposite reception.
