It seems when you get a higher elo you should disable evade, high elo players can tell from a script. All in all general consensus is disabling that and just get good at dodging. It isnt that hard.

I do think you hit the nail on the coffin. The community is toxic. It reminds me of Modern Warfare 2 days... The only way this game is enjoyable is when you play with friends or a duo partner. Or turn off All Chat and Party Chat. But even then...
