it depent on many things, for example, you can place 3200*3200 or 2600*2600 dpi on mouse and lower sensivity ingame if for you is unconfortable, also no forget windows settings of sensivity I prefer 3200*3200 (max that I can), and default ingame, (also default in windows setting=middle position)...

depend on your budget, middle one is nvidia RTX 2060, prefer amd if you want more cheap and without RTX, but personally I suggest 1650/1660 super or 2060 super from Nvidia
