Well you can play psp games over a public server using an emulator. Would recommend god eater burst or tekken when you can pirate them over the internet. For legal coop games that would be any mmo, moba or fighting game you want.

No free to play would like a full experience of the game. My recent RPGs include: Persona 4 Golden, Darksiders, Neverwinter Nights, etc.
