use DX11 not DX12 and if you have RAM less than 10gb you cant play it

they updated it for the latest version of the game because it was closing

windscribe or speedify are good

i tried to enter the website yesterday and it said could not load page and when i type the link memoryhackers it change to memorymhackers it happened to someone else too not only me so its global problem, i think the website is being attacked?
