Its a issue not only for script users. Many players have that issue to, but i think there fixed it in the Hotfix patch aka miniupdate

It's a bug that legitimate players have too, not just script users. I guess we will have to wait for the update now, the experience I have made is that it takes a maximum of 1 day after the mini update, unless there are problems then it could take longer.

If u cant move by pressing X V or C just reset ur League of Legends settings, and maybe reinstall script. And also press CTRG + F so u can see ur FPS and Ping
