Maybe make a macro and do it manually and then whenever you make a new account, you active that macro and it will do it for you whatever settings you did while making that macro. Other than this, there is no automated way.

From what I have know, its most probably C#, C++, maybe python but thats a big maybe. All I have heard about python in league of legend community is that its easy and better.

Livik, its small and congested. You can get shot from different angles at the same time which is extremely challenging. Also you are in the wrong forum.
