If you didn't quit the game itself then there is no need to load as it is still active till you quit the game. If that is not the case, then as others said, try reopening the game together with the hacking procedure and that should do the trick.

Shut down your firewall and any anti-virus software you have. Try again and if it doesn't work, just restart the hacking process and see. Also you could rerun the game excluding the cheat to make sure it is not from your game files.
