You have to avoid their VM detection vectors and all. It's not as easy as you think and unfortunately there isn't a single soul here that can help you about VMs.

You can, but to some extent. FPS drops are mostly caused by the cheat you're using. If it is poorly optimized, then there is nothing you can do. Find a better cheat coded by an actual engineer who knows how stuff work.
