Try changing the in-game colorblind settings and see if that does something because the cheat does not have a color changing option.

Depends on your playstyle. If you play safe and don't get reported alot you will survive as long as the cheat itself stays undetected. Otherwise, you might get banned in a few games if you are reckless with it.

Yes it is working but play on the safer side as it's start of the season and that's when the ban waves are frequent.
