this problem may be caused by your ISP(Internet service provider). Have you tried using a VPN?

does it say "using local version of cheat". then you need to try again.. it was a common problem on pubg lite.. sometimes the loader said using local version of cheat then automatically got closed and I had to try 2 or 3 times more then it worked.

it cant be fixed it's an internal gameloop problem.. I have a faster GPU than you but I still face those problems. you would get even worst performance on 4.4 builds of gameloop because it was poorly optimized. 7.1 really improved the performance by a lot.

it also happened to me without even cheating then I figured it out it was an emulator problem.. now it doesn't happen don't know how it got fixed without doing anything. maybe antivirus is the culprit, who knows.

delete temp and AppData.. turn off any antivirus you have then try again. remember windows defender is also an antivirus most people forget about this.
