it's known issue with hp laptops they always get so hot i never recommended an hp laptop to anyone i would say just get a external fan and put it under the laptop and try to set in a open place where the air come and go alot and you should be fine

it's not the program itself it's the cheats or hacks it takes alot from your gpu and cpu so if your pc isn't good enough as you said you will face crashes or drop frames alot
