Aatrox is a pretty good option to otp in low elo, he can snowball really hard and fun to play.

Twitch and Jinx are my go to for adc. For support, Lulu, Xerath, Brand and Zyra perform pretty decent with script imo.

They're slowly giving access to players overtime depends on their playtime. Probably gonna take another 2-5 months before they officially release for everyone.

If you're around g4 without script then you can prob get to mid-high diamond with script if you try hard, but then your macro knowledge will hold you back later on.

Maybe you can try playing stuff like OSU on the side to improve aim, or there's simulators like Aim lab that can help you practice aiming better.
