3060 is overkill at this point, most games dont demande that high of specs, i got an old gen card and i can still play every single title that's out right now with ultra setting, rdr2, apex, FH4 etc, get yourself something less expensive and wait for the prices to go down

installing win 11 is a huge risk to take, i have it installed on my vbox and its really unstable especially for games and cheat, i would stick with win10 for now until its fully patched out and released for people to make the transition
