I feel like this season is better in every way, better map, better items than whole season 13. Unlucky they will probably nerf half of this items like Stormsauge (100%) and Experimental Hexplate, also new mmr system is pretty decent (+30/-9 on fresh accs)

No, there is no Vanguard in lol yet. Its gonna happen in early march or late february so nearly in Split 2. (Splits are 4 months each)
