If they are big streamers, mostly not, however, smaller streamers are mostly cheating. In fact, they don't even need to look at second monitor, there are many providers that have streamproof nowadays. I can recommend some, but I'm sure that's against TOS.
It depends a lot of ones' playstyle. I tried all roles, but the one stick to me the most is mid, then adc. I like the sense of carring others and a bit of selfish play, so those stick to me the most.

My recommendation:
Master Yi, Vi, Wukong for jungle.
Cait, Jinx, Varus, Tris for adc.
Jax, Darius for top.
Thresh, Nau for support.
Anne, Brand, Veigar for mid.
Couple years back I saw some YTers do the first person mod for lol, it looked so fun, but it could get you banned. Anyway, I don't think LOL will change anytime soon tho, since changing = pro players will whine.
My friend who plays nothing but ARAM said the same. Tho, they're putting too much effort in other games, so it might be another couple years before that happens.
I mostly play when URF is available so it's hard to get every champion. Tho my friend, who started wayyy later than me, already has all of them. The amount of time that they put into the game is crazy and she only plays ARAM.
