It depend on the game/cheat. For league i think you need only 50 messages on the forum. For PUBG Lite you need 300 for example

Complaining on the internet won't solve your problem. Instead you can go and solve some of the people problems, help then, post on the forum (not spam) and after that you can play with cheats
