trun off your Gloop make sure the defender is disalbe then start it again .... my Gloop trun off some times if the connaction is not working good ....so u maybe have the same prolpem ... take it easy budy

i have used kaspersky 3 years and it was very good anti but i think that sencs microsoff developed windows 10 with the defender wall i thinck its free and more usefull then any anti virurs used now ..and i reabbet if u still want an anti virus google it ....or take my choice
