Well i`l tryed and i can say , i just wiped the entire folders and logs remaining in the windows and datas folder, got banned after 5 games.

Yep bro it was the corrupted files , inside C /windows just deleted them and it re-downloaded all files over again. iw as only deleting files in %localdata that wasnt being enough.
