I think they could possible if they made external hacks like wallhack/chams only aimbot or internal are risky they said but idk how hard to make externals hack so yeah depends on them.

For AP Jungle you can use Karthus, Nidalee, Shaco, or Gragas. For AD Jungle you can use Kha'zix, Lee sin, Rengar, Master Yi or Graves.

If you like to be aggressive darius and master yi will be a great choice for top role, for bot role if you want to be ADC maybe ezreal and caitlyn, if you want to play safe you choose support any would be fine.
